Join us for The Shift, a dynamic choreographers showcase spotlighting new works by professional choreographers and dance companies from across Central Florida. This annual event celebrates innovative movement and diverse artistic voices, offering audiences a fresh and engaging perspective on contemporary dance in our region.

Each year, The Shift brings together emerging and established artists to share original work in a professionally produced performance setting. From bold experimentation to refined storytelling, the showcase highlights the depth, creativity, and evolution of the Central Florida dance community.

Now Accepting Applications

We are currently seeking choreographers and dance companies to present original works as part of the 2026 showcase. Selected artists will have the opportunity to:

  • Present their work in a fully produced theater setting

  • Be featured alongside other professional choreographers and companies

  • Gain exposure to new audiences and connect with fellow artists

  • Contribute to a collaborative and inspiring performance experience

We welcome submissions from artists working in all contemporary and concert dance styles. Deadline- May 30, 2025
