A Special Movement Experience — No Dance Experience Needed

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or mentally drained?

On Tuesday, September 15 from 7:00–8:30 PM, I’ll be offering a special guided movement experience at Center Street – A Place for the Heart in Altamonte Springs.

This experience is designed specifically for non-dancers and will use simple, accessible movement, music, and gentle reflection to help you reconnect with your body, release built-up stress, and reset your nervous system.

No dance experience is needed — just come as you are.
